October 10, 2008 04:00 am Justine Alwine rallied beat Mina Hoblitz in three sets at third singles to help visiting Delhi to a 5-0 sweep of Sidney in Midstate Athletic Conference girls tennis Thursday. Alwine dropped the first set, 4-6, before winning the next two, 6-1, 6-2. The Bulldogs improved to 12-0 overall and 12-0 in the MAC to win the conference title. Delhi defeated 11 of its 12 opponents this season by 5-0 margins. "We've been playing very strong all year," said Delhi coach Greg Black, whose team allowed its only point to Oxford in a 4-1 win. "We've had a good year." Carlene Bracci and Sarah Clark also won singles matches. Jackie Prindle and Lindsay Seyforth won at first doubles, and Katherine Bracci and Kyla Roche earned a victory at second doubles.
