Ivan Plata, also a senior, had four of Oneonta’s 12 hits, including a double to lead off the second game. Orlando had three hits and Jones finished with two hits and two RBIs.
Tyler Clifford threw a four-hitter in the opener for the Golden Eagles (19-15, 6-12).
O-State closes its season Tuesday at Keystone College.
All-NEAC Team honorees Don Cervantes and Travis Deuel led SUNY Cobleskill to a fourth-place finish in the season-ending NEAC Championships on Friday and Saturday at the par-72 Dauphin Highlands Golf Club.
First-teaner Cervantes shot rounds of 78 and 76 for a 10-over-par 154 to place fourth overall. Second-teamer Deuel followed a 79 with an 80 for a 159, helping Cobleskill to fourth place in the seven-team field with 646 team strokes.
Hartwick 7, Utica 2
Sophomore Will Gilbraith, freshman Liam Brown and junior Matt Behn earned their first collegiate singles victories Sunday, leading visiting Hartwick to its first team win of the season.
Gilbraith defeated Raphael Warnon, 6-2, 6-2, at third singles for the Hawks (1-9, 1-5), who beat Empire 8 rival Utica (3-7, 0-7) for the 16th straight time.
Brown downed Daniel Fadden, 6-3, 6-1, in the fourth flight. Behn evened his season record at 1-1 with a 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 win in sixth singles over Ryan Valle.
Gilbraith and Brown also teamed for their first doubles victory. In second doubles, the duo defeated UC’s Warnon and Mike Zaloom, 8-3.
Peter Dumas and Brian Redder also won in doubles, 8-5, over Fadden and Jon Gorman in the first flight.
Dumas contributed a 6-1, 6-0 win over Gorman at first singles and Redder topped Zaloom, 6-1, 6-1, at second singles.
Hartwick close its season Tuesday against visiting Ithaca.

Dumas and Redder won singles matches Saturday, but Hartwick lost an Empire 8 match on the road.
Dumas beat Pavle Vashakidze, 6-3, 6-2, at first singles. Redder had a 7-6 (4), 6-4 victory over Steffan Waters in second singles.
