Laurens was led by Heather White and Holly Buccheri, who won the 100 hurdles and the shot put, respectively. White finished in 17.4 and Buccheri had a distance of 29-5.
Perhaps the best time of the meet came from Stamford’s Cassie Ehrhart in the 400 hurdles. She crossed in 1:09.8.
Windham’s Seamans also had a pair of impressive performances. She won the 800 in 2:26.9 and covered 31-8 to win the triple jump.
Other winners were Walton’s Kim Kehr (400, 1:03.1); CV-S’ Lauren Loucks (long jump, 13-4.25); and Delhi’s Amelia Legg (pole vault, 6-6).
Emily Calkins, Samantha Fanion and Katie Booan won two events apiece to lead Cooperstown to Center State Conference victories over the host school and Hamilton.
Calkins won the 100 (13.5) and the long jump (14-4). Fanion had first-place efforts in the 200 (28.8) and the 1,500 (5:19.8). Booan swept the shot put (26-2.5) and the discus (89-11).
Kristin Ratliff won the triple jump with her personal best of 28-10. Bella Anania (800, 2:45.0), Jordian Siver (high jump, 4-2) and Emmy Dolan (pole vault, 6-0) also earned victories for Cooperstown, which will compete in the Yellowjacket Invitational on Friday at Oneonta High.
