Eden Griger won two events and anchored the victorious 200-yard medley relay team as Cooperstown cruised to a Frontier League victory at home.
Griger took first in the 200 individual medley (2:28.05) and the 100 free (1:00.29) for Cooperstown, which won the 200 medley relay in 2:15.53. Griger followed Grace Heneghan, Elizabeth Russo and Tessa Griger in the relay win.
Heneghan (100 backstroke, 1:16.54); Elizabeth Russo (50 free, 28.98); McKenna Hage (100 butterfly, 1:19.64); Lindsay Harloff (500 free, 6:08.49); and Catherine Borgstrom (diving, 196.55 points) also won for Cooperstown, which touched first in the 200 free relay as well. Renee Friedman joined Borgstrom, Tessa Griger and Harloff for a 200 free relay time of 2:06.43.
Walton 3, Deposit 2
Danielle Reynolds had eight kills, 15 assists and seven digs for Walton, which earned a 25-15, 25-18, 21-25, 17-25, 25-17 home victory in the MAC.
Lacey Speidell contributed seven assists and seven digs for the Warriors (5-4), who received eight aces from Morgan McAdams.
Shelby Pettersen’s 11 aces paced the Lumberjacks (6-2), who got seven aces, six kills and six digs from Catherine Bush.
Walton hosts Bainbridge-Guilford on Tuesday. Deposit visits Afton on Saturday.
Hancock 3, Delhi 1
Kylee Letosky’s 10 aces led visiting Hancock (4-5) to a 27-25, 24-26, 25-23, 25-15 Midstate Athletic Conference victory.
Kayla Cappiello had 12 digs and Sierra Bedient finished with 11 assists to pace Delhi (1-8), which visits Harpursville on Tuesday. Hancock travels to Greene the same day.

Shannon McIntrye had three assists, two kills and an ace, but host Unadilla Valley fell, 25-17, 25-17, 25-12, in the MAC.
Megan Gould contributed two assists, two kills and an ace for UV (6-3, 6-3).
Erika Whitney had nine aces and a block to pace Harpursville.
