Katie Glagolev finished with five goals and Marissa Cussins had four for Fredonia, which held a 5-3 lead at halftime.
Michelle Genovese, Nicole Boylan, Jillian Donodeo and Catherine Clark also scored for Oneonta, which visits New Paltz on Tuesday.
