Nate Shackelton contributed a 35-yard goal in the second half, and Shaun Hager capped the scoring with a rebound goal that marked his first score at the varsity level.
The game also counted as a victory for UV in the Midstate Athletic Conference.
Kyle King made 10 saves in the shutout for the Storm, who will play Bainbridge-Guilford for the title at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
Matt Olin stopped 14 shots for the Crimson Knights, who will face Sidney in the consolation game at 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

Tori Rockefeller finished with two goals and an assist to lead host South Kortright to a non-league victory over defending Section Four Class D co-champion Franklin.
Rockefeller scored from 12 yards off a pass from Brianna Laing 10 minutes into play.
Eight minutes later, Laing set up Sam Acuna for an 8-yard goal as the Rams carried a 2-0 lead into halftime.
Lexi Dubois made it 3-0 on an unassisted 18-yarder 1:44 into the second half. Laing and Rockefeller also scored in the second half for SK (10-2), which received 10 saves from Amber Pinter in the shutout.
South Kortright hosts Hunter-Tannersville on Monday.

Tanner Reed scored two goals to lead Unatego to a Midstate Athletic Conference win at home.
Reed scored from 14 yards out with 11:39 remaining in the first half, off a pass from Mary Rommer.
Jenna Bullis turned a pass from Kayla Komenda into a low, 12-yard goal to give the Spartans a 2-0 lead, which they took into halftime.
Torri Halaquist and Reed had second-half goals for Unatego (10-2, 8-0), which hosts Walton on Monday.
