Levi Decker scored two goals to lead the host Mustangs to a Tri-Valley League win.
Decker headed in a cross from Mike Murphy with 16:25 left in the second half to make the score, 2-0.
Sophomore Cameron Hill scored his varsity goal with 12:26 left. Mike DeLuca assisted on the goal.
Morris (10-2-1, 10-1-1) visits Franklin on Thursday.
Laurens 1, Edmeston 1
Ryan Crean converted a penalty kick six minutes in, but visiting Edmeston countered with a goal by Chris Simmons as the Panthers tied Laurens in the Tri-Valley League.
Crean scored after Edmeston was called for a handball in the box.
Simmons tied it with four minutes left in the opening half, tracking down a ball that was headed out of bounds on the right side before sending in a 15-yarder from the end line off the hands of Laurens goalie David Fraser (10 saves).
Nate Truax made six saves for the Panthers, who hit the crossbar and the post thereafter.
“This would have been a good one to sit on the sidelines and watch,” Laurens coach Dave Miller said of the Leopards’ homecoming game. “The fans were really into it. This was a fun one to be a part of.”
Laurens (5-5-1, 5-5-1) visits Gilbertsville-Mount Upton on Tuesday.
Delhi 5, Afton 0
Carson King and Brady Sackett scored two goals apiece, and Russell Cobane scored his first varsity goal to lead visiting Delhi to a non-league victory.
The Bulldogs (6-4-1) travel to Bainbridge-Guilford on Wednesday.
Afton (1-12-1) is at Walton on Tuesday.
Stock Conwicke Invitational
Erin Mushtare and Alissa Garufi finished sixth and seventh, respectively, to lead Oneonta High’s girls to a third-place finish in the Stock-Conwicke Invitational at Vestal’s Arnold Park.
Mushtare completed the 3.1-mile course in 22 minutes, 22 seconds _ 14 seconds faster than Garufi.
