Youth soccer forms due March 1Registration forms for the Oneonta Youth Soccer Association’s spring recreational program will be distributed through Oneonta elementary schools and are due March 1. Forms also are available at Latte Lounge on Main Street in Oneonta.

Delhi to offer lifeguard training
SUNY Delhi will offer Red Cross Waterfront Lifeguarding Training, AED, First Aid and CPR-FPR on Mondays and Wednesdays from March 18-May 6.
Classes will run from 6-9 p.m. There will be no classes on April 15 and 17.
Attendance at all sessions is required. Pre-screening the first night includes a 550-yard non-stop swim, a brick swim and retrieval, and a ring retrieval.
Class size is limited, with a minimum of six students. Cost is $270, including a $45 non-refundable deposit at registration. Remainder of fee is due the second day of class.

State boys basketball tickets on saleTickets for the March 15-17 New York State Public High School Athletic Association’s Boys Basketball State Championships at the Glens Falls Civic are on sale.
The first 1,000 tickets purchased before March 1 cost $8 each. A 4 for $50 package (four tickets, four hot dogs, four sodas) will be offered as well but is only available until March 1.
