SUNY Cobleskill athletes earn 27 Scholar-Athlete awards

Twenty-seven SUNY Cobleskill athletes received Scholar-Athlete awards for the 2012-13 academic year from the North Eastern Athletic Conference, the college announced Tuesday.

To be eligible athletes must have earned a 3.40 grade-point average or higher. Cobleskill’s contingent marked its highest number since the Fighting Tigers entered the NEAC in 2008.

“We are extremely proud of what our student-athletes accomplished in the classroom last year and are committed to continuing this successful trend in the future,” Cobleskill Director of Sport & Exercise Kevin McCarthy said in a media release by the school.

The following is a list of the Cobleskill athletes who earned Scholar-Athlete Awards:
