Clayton Lyon gave the Panthers a 1-0 lead five minutes into play. He scored after controlling a corner kick that deflected in the box. Lyon’s 6-yard shot hit off the post and into the goal.
Austin Plows made it 2-0 with 10 minutes left in the half. Wainright assisted on the goal.
Austin Axtell also scored for Edmeston (11-3, 10-3).
Turner Thies made nine saves for Franklin (6-7-2, 5-7-2).

Carter Powers converted a penalty kick with 15 minutes left in the second half to give visiting Laurens a victory in the Tri-Valley League.
The Leopards finished their season at 2-11-1 overall and 2-10-1 in the Tri-Valley League.

Amanda Salamon finished with a goal and an assist to lead host Laurens to a Tri-Valley League victory.
Salamon ran onto a bouncing ball in the box and scored from 5 yards four minutes into play.
Salamon then crossed to Rachel Murello, who scored on a header to make it 2-0 with 11 minutes left in the first half. Rachelle Soucia also scored for the Leopards, who finished their season at 3-9-2.
Milford 2, Laurens 0
Addy Lawson scored two goals to lead visiting Milford to a win in the Tri-Valley League on Saturday.
Lawson opened the scoring 16 seconds into play. She scored from close range after receiving a pass from Emilie Mertz. Lawson then made it 2-0 on a 15-yard shot with 20 minutes left in the second half. Riley Griffiths assisted that goal.
