Dalton Kaminsky struck out seven in five innings for Walton (0-3, 0-3), which received two hits from Derek Mead.

Walton got an RBI single from Trevor Zandt in the seventh inning, then loaded the bases with two out before Golden got out of the jam with a game-ending comebacker.

The Warriors visit Greene on Wednesday.

Mason Dean had two hits and two RBIs to help host Harpursville to a MAC victory.

Dylan Cumpston hit an RBI single in the sixth inning for Delhi (1-2, 0-2), which will play at Oxford today.

Milford 11, Schenevus 10

William Ward gave up three runs in the seventh inning before getting the last two outs on a strikeout and a pop out for the save as Milford escaped with a Tri-Valley League win at home.

Robert Burton went 3-for-4 with three runs for Schenevus, which stranded the tying run at third base. Tyler Roseboom (two hits) also scored three times for the Dragons.

Winning pitcher Jacob Tabor had two hits and three RBIs for the Wildcats (2-0, 2-0), who received a 3-for-3 effort and two runs from Adam Renwick. Kevin Musser contributed two hits and two runs for Milford, hosts Cherry Valley-Springfield today.

Milford coach Andrew Griffiths said his team scored all of its runs and got 10 of its 11 hits with two outs. The Wildcats scored three times in the first inning, four in the second and four in the fifth.
