Eli Holton, who will play for Oswego State next season, contributed a three-run homer to left field in the fourth to give Hancock a 10-6 lead. Holton finished with two hits and two runs.
Riley Hanrahan homered for the Spartans, who capped the scoring with three runs in the sixth.
Hancock (9-2, 6-1) travels to Harpursville on Monday.
Milford 7, Morris 3
Winning pitcher Max Lang struck out 11 and walked three in a six-hitter to lead host Milford in the Tri-Valley League.
Ryan Lewis went 1-for-1, scored twice and had an RBI for the Wildcats (4-1, 4-1), who travel to Laurens on Monday.
Chris Showers had three hits for the Mustangs.

Winning pitcher George Clements hit an RBI single, Tanner Murphy had an RBI double, and Eric Hendrick contributed a sacrifice fly during a three-run fifth inning that lifted visiting Worcester in the Tri-Valley League.
The spurt gave the Wolverines a 3-1 lead.
Gilbertsville-Mount Upton’s Christian Merlo tripled and scored on a wild pitch to make it a one-run game in the sixth inning.
Merlo and Andrew Baker had two hits apiece for the Raiders (0-4), who host Cherry Valley-Springfield on Monday.
Clements struck out nine and walked two, and Stephen Griffin and Murphy had two hits apiece for Worcester.

Sophomore Jake Kroll struck out 19 and walked three to lead host Cherry Valley-Springfield to a Tri-Valley League win.
Kyle Monahan, Cody Sears and Jake Spencer each had two-run doubles for the Patriots (3-2), who received three hits apiece from Wyatt Crowley and Karl Johanson.
Mitchell Barra struck out 10 for Laurens.
