Austin Burnside hit a walkoff single to lead host Gilbertsville-Mount Upton to a victory in the first game of a Tri-Valley League doubleheader.
With one out and two runners on base in the bottom of the seventh, Burnside drove in Devon Fitch with a single to center field to end it.
Burnside struck out six, walked eight and gave up eight runs on eight hits in six innings. Andy Baker followed with a 1-2-3 seventh, striking out all three of his batters.
Fitch (run, RBI) and Andy Baker (run) had two hits apiece for the Raiders, who got a hit and two runs from Mike Lewis.
Cam Best singled twice, drove in two runs and scored for Morris, which got two hits and a run from Fraser Bourgeois and a single, two runs and an RBI from Ryan Morlock.

Nate O’Hara went 3-for-4 with two doubles and a run to lead host Gilbertsville-Mount Upton to a Tri-Valley League win in the second game of a doubleheader. The Raiders played as the visiting team in a game that was called after six innings because of darkness.
Andy Baker doubled, singled and drove in a run for G-MU (2-7, 2-6), which held a 7-0 lead after two innings.
The Raiders host Richfield Springs on Wednesday.
Sam Ernst (two RBIs) and Steven Smallacome (run) each went 2-for-3 to pace the Mustangs.
