Both teams have one loss in conference play.

Joe Pelham at second singles and Luke Rasmussen at fourth singles reversed outcomes in the teams’ earlier meeting. Pelham beat Dylan Shaffer, 9-7, and Rasmussen downed Mike Conroy, 9-2.

The Warriors (7-1) will host Davenport today.

SOFTBALLOneonta 8, Seton 2

Sophomore shortstop Bekka Struble hit a three-run homer in the seventh inning to help Oneonta High to a Southern Tier Athletic Conference victory at the BAGSAI Complex.

“She’s a really good contact hitter and she’s coming on strong now,” OHS coach Randy Brockway said of Struble, whose one-out shot to center field capped the scoring and marked her first varsity home run. “She just hit the ball perfectly out front and it carried a long way.”
