Kylie Graham made the all-tournament team for the Patriots (2-2), who rode a 14-4 third quarter to the title.
Kaity Richvalsky’s game-high 19 points paced the Indians (1-1). She joined Jerikah Hext on the all-tournament team.
Richfield Springs hosts Gilbertsville-Mount Upton on Wednesday.
Edmeston 45, SS 26
All-tournament selection Savanna Fistrowicz had 14 points and 11 rebounds as Edmeston beat the host school in the consolation game of the Richfield Springs Booster Club Tip-Off Tournament for its first victory of the season.
Sydney Smith contributed 11 points for Edmeston (1-2, 0-1), which hosts Schenevus on Friday.
Renee Handy paced Sharon Springs with 11 points.
S-E 57, UV 48
Amanda Off and Jordan Anderson scored 19 points apiece, but Unadilla Valley lost in the championship game of the Sherburne-Earlville Tournament.
“They just wore us down in the fourth quarter,” UV coach Brandi Backus said. “We didn’t do anything.”
UV lost Taylor Davis and Hannah Lazarus in the second quarter, after the teammates collided.
“They bumped heads and both had to leave and get stitches,” Backus said. “It was definitely a difference-maker. (Davis) had a huge night for us in the first round, and she took out Hannah, too. So there went both of our post players. We were definitely down some players.”
Tournament MVP Jordan Van Althuis scored 18 points to lead S-E, which placed Mikayla Solloway on the all-tournament team.
Davis and Anderson made the all-tournament team for UV (1-1), which hosts Delhi on Friday.
Hamilton 36, B-G 28
Morgan Bullis scored 14 points, but B-G fell in the consolation game of the Sherburne-Earlville Tournament.
Lauren Weeks scored 10 points for Hamilton, which outscored B-G, 13-4, in the final quarter.
On Friday, B-G opened the tournament with a 67-26 loss to the host school. Tori Rifanburg and Abbey Smith scored seven points apiece for B-G, which gave up a game-high 24 points to Mikayla Solloway.
