Cooperstown rallies late for baseball win

Jake Grover hit a two-run double, and Chris Mravlja and George Clements had two-run singles as Worcester scored seven runs in the fourth inning to take a 10-5 lead en route to a Tri-Valley League win at home.

Tanner Murphy, Bobby Rundblad, Mravlja and Clements all had two hits for the Wolverins (4-3, 4-2), who will host Morris on Wednesday.

Robert Burton doubled, tripled and had two RBIs for Schenevus.

Blake Elliott had five hits, scored four runs and drove in three to lead host Milford in the Tri-Valley League.

Austin Brown and Jay Partridge had their first varsity hits for the Wildcats (5-1, 5-1), who will travel to Gilbertsville-Mount Upton on Wednesday.
