Jimmy Reeves struck out 15, including the last seven batters he faced, as Jefferson won a Delaware League game at home.

Reeves (2-2) walked one and gave up three earned runs in a seven-hitter for the J-Hawks (4-4, 3-2), who received three hits apiece from Michael Greiner and Nick Smith. Greiner drove in three runs and Smith had two RBIs.

Jefferson plays a non-league game at Windham today.

Colyn Bonadies hit a two-run homer to straightaway center field for Downsville (2-1, 2-1).
