H-T sweeps

Host Hunter-Tannersville defeated Davenport twice, winning by scores of 6-1 and 4-0, the latter in a match that was called because of darkness.

At first singles, H-T's Neal Statts and Davenport's Lindsey Zeisler split two matches. Zeisler won the opener, 9-6, and Statts took the second, 9-5.

Visiting Johnson City score eight first-quarter goals as they cruised to a Section Four victory.

Shane Majewski and Nate Korutz each had four goals to lead the Wildcats attack.

Luke Anderson scored both of Oneonta's goals and Jeremy Leary had an assist.

Oneonta (0-10) travels to Maine-Endwell on Thursday.
