Shelby Oliver scored a game-high 18 points to lead visiting Gilboa to a Delaware League victory.

Makayla Foster contributed 13 points and Kendall Thorington finished with eight for the Wildcats, who took a 29-10 lead into halftime.

Cheyenee Weaver paced Andes with eight points and Shianne Coss scored seven. The Mountaineers (1-1) visit Jefferson on Wednesday.

Mackenzie Talbot scored a game-high 13 points to lead visiting Gilbertsville-Mount Upton to a Tri-Valley League victory.

Tayler Nichols contributed 11 points for the Raiders, who took a 34-32 lead following a 4-for-4 showing at the foul line in the last minute of play.

Danielle Ruffles scored 10 points for Edmeston, which took a 32-30 lead with a minute left in the fourth quarter.

“We put a full-court press on them in the fourth,” said Edmeston coach Russell McCall, whose team trailed, 25-18, at the start of the final quarter.

Kelsey Bressett also scored 10 points for the Panthers (1-3, 0-2), who visit Morris on Wednesday.
