Jake Gillan and Brock Post scored four goals apiece as Maine-Endwell cruised to a Section Four victory at Oneonta High on Thursday night.

Gillan also had five assists for the Spartans, who took a 12-0 lead into halftime.

“They are a very solid team across the board, with a talented goalie,” OHS coach Jeff Armer said. “However, we were a part of our own problem as well. We simply did not play our brand of lacrosse from start to finish. Things we know how to do we are still making mental mistakes on and at this point in the season, these mistakes should be taken care of.”

Jeremy Leary paced the Yellowjackets with two goals and three assists. Luke Anderson also scored twice for OHS, who host Johnson City on Tuesday.
