With Friday's rain cutting the New York State Track and Field Championships to a single-day event that will begin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Middletown High, getting to events on time might be tricky.
The website nysphsaa.org listed a revised schedule for Saturday that includes fewer events and non-specific starting times.
Whereas in normal years, a 100-meter runner would have a preliminary Friday, a divisional final the following day and then the Federation final later Saturday, this year that sprinter will only run two races _ a division final and the Federation.
And the website only lists when the meet is starting Saturday. It does not have approximate times for individual events.
Sixteen area athletes will compete Saturday.
