C'town girls edged at home

Host Davenport started the scoring with 28:09 left in regulation, chipping a pass to Hymers for a 6-yard goal and a 1-0 lead.

Taylor Firmalino then set up Rossignol for an 18-yard shot inside the far post to tie it with 21:42 left in the second half.

Jayra Blanton made five saves for Davenport (9-2-1, 5-0-1), which hosts Gilboa on Monday.

Sam Dibble had 21 saves for Hunter-Tannersville, which was outshot, 32-7.

Roxbury 3, Margaretville 1

Gena Candelaria, Shannon Sprague and Meghan Cronk each scored to lead visiting Roxbury to a win in the Delaware League.

Candelaria scored 2:13 into play and Sprague made it 2-0 about four minutes later for the Rockets, who also received a first-half goal from Cronk.

Lindsay Day chipped in a goal from 6 yards out with 27:56 remaining in the first half for Margaretville (2-7-1, 1-5-1), which visits Windham on Wednesday.

Windham 7, Jefferson 2

Mattie Seamans had three goals and Brianna Jaeger scored twice as Windham rolled to a Delaware League victory on the road.

Natalie Vining contributed a goal and three assists for the Warriors (6-3, 4-3), who received a goal and two helpers from Caitlyn Lane.

Emily Wenner scored twice to pace Jefferson, which was outshot, 15-6.

The J-Hawks visit Roxbury on Monday.

Windham hosts its Senior Game on Wednesday against Margaretville.
