STAMFORD — Dorothy G. Clow, 64, lifelong Stamford area resident, passed away peacefully at home, Friday, March 22, 2013.
She was born May 25, 1948, in Stamford, the daughter of Michael and Jennie (Hallock) Swart.
A homemaker, “Dot” enjoyed gardening, the woods and mountains, music, western movies, and loved cats.
Surviving are her longtime love and companion, Gordon Roe; two daughters, Linda Clow and Brenda Lane; a stepson, Kenny Clow; four grandchildren, Justin, Brittney, Jonathan and Tyrell; three brothers, David Swart, Roland Swart and Frank Hallock; and nieces and nephews.
Predeceased were her husband, Kenneth Clow; two sisters, Bonnie Banks and Deborah Dixon.
Visitation: 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, followed by funeral services, 2 p.m. at Stamford Baptist Church, with the Rev. Waylen Bray, officiating.
