MANSFIELD, Pa. — Cody Allen Jenkins, 22, of Mansfield, Pa., died unexpectedly Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013. 

Cody was born May 27, 1991, in Elmira, a son of Gary and Pamela (Dyer) Jenkins. 

A 2010 graduate of Mansfield High School, he was a member of the soccer team, ski club, chorus, and Future Business Leaders of America. Cody enjoyed four wheeling, snowboarding, playing soccer, photography and sporting clays. Cody was a member of the Lambs Creek Sporting Clays Team and a member of the former New Hope Baptist Church of Mansfield.

Cody is survived by his parents, Gary and Pamela Jenkins of Mansfield, Pa.; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Janet Smith of Bloomville, Billy and Heather Smith of Bloomville, Corey and Jenna Jenkins of Mansfield, Pa.; paternal grandfather, Stuart Jenkins of Mansfield, Pa.; maternal grandfather, Robert Dyer of Mansfield, Pa.; two nieces; two nephews; several aunts; uncles; and cousins. 

Family and friends are invited to call from 6 to 9 p.m., Thursday, Sept 19, at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, Pa. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, Sept. 20, at the funeral home with the Rev. Charles Park officiating. Burial will follow.
