She also volunteered at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital and Red Cross. She was a member of the Oneonta Chapter of the DAR and the General Society of Mayflower Descendants. She also loved to crochet, especially fancy dolls. Her greatest delight was playing with her granddaughter.
Ann is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Paradis Coryat, son-in-law John D. Coryat and granddaughter Catherine Paradis Coryat of Memphis; son, Robert John Paradis II and wife Geri McCulley of Oneonta; brother-in-law, Arthur N. Paradis of Akron, Ohio; two nieces and numerous cousins.
She was predeceased by her brother, Earl W. “Butch” Hoffman of Oneonta.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations in her memory be made to Mississippi Wildlife Rehabilitation, Inc., 9865 Green River Road, Lake Cormorant, MS 38641. Ann was supportive of their mission to heal wild animals in distress and return them to nature.
