VENICE, Fla. — Wilma M. Laraway; June 11, 1933, 79, of Venice, Fla., formerly of Unadilla, passed away peacefully at home on March 19, 2013, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Known to her friends and family as “Willie” she worked extensively as an executive administrative assistant for Bendix Corporation, (Sidney), and was passionately committed for many years to the American Legion Auxiliary, (Sidney), during which time she achieved the position of State Department President.
She was predeceased in death by her devoted husband of more than 40 years, Donald A. Laraway; and her parents, Wilson and Bertha Breslin.
She is survived by her sons, Robert E. Foree Jr., (Mary) and Dennis L. Laraway (Diane); stepdaughters, Carolyn Gelo, Linda Scott (Gary); her devoted brother, Richard D. Breslin (Pat); her granddaughter, Amanda Laraway; many stepgrandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Willie’s wishes were to be cremated and ashes scattered in places of her request.

She will be lovingly missed and remembered!
