William G. Squires
NORTH ROSE/ARIZONA — William George Squires, 63, entered eternity on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at his sister’s home following a brief battle with cancer.
Fulfilling Will’s wishes all services will be private.

Will was born the son of the late Stanley L. Sr. and Elsa (Timer) Squires on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 1949, in Margaretville.
He graduated from Margaretville Central School and then received his bachelor’s degree from Regis College.
Moving to Arizona many years ago, he worked for Accurate Corp. in Peoria, Ariz., as a computer programmer.
The funeral home proudly flies the Navy Flag in honor of his service during the Vietnam War.
Will was a member of the National Ski Patrol. He enjoyed skiing, camping, mountain biking, golfing and traveling.
He will be remembered by his loving sister, Sandra Tether and her friend, Jim Wolcott of North Rose; brothers, George “Chan” and John (Melanie) Squires both of Margaretville; special friend, Colleen Rogan of Virginia; many nieces and nephews.
Will was predeceased by his brother and sister-in-law Stanley L. Jr. and Edna Squires.
