Anna M. Nelson
LIVERPOOL — Anna M. Nelson, 69, of Liverpool, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2014, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, surrounded by her family.
She was born on June 8, 1944, daughter of the late Kenneth and Mary Robinson.
Anna loved cats and hummingbirds. She was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed making clothing for many people. Anna was a good Christian, a devoted wife, mother and a true friend to many.
Surviving are her beloved husband, James of 52 years; four children, Cynthia, James, Sylvia (Jason) and David; 10 grandchildren, Kenneth, Kevin, Skyler, Kyle, Sarah, Sean, David, Jada, Julian and Hunter; two great-grandchildren, Annabelle and Caydence; along with many that considered her to be their second mother including, Adam, Kori and Kim; two brothers, Paul and Warren Robinson; sister, Marie Robinson; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 6, at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 7, at the Northside Baptist Church, 7965 Oswego Road, Liverpool.
Burial will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday, June 9, in Maple Grove Cemetery, Worcester.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Northside Baptist Church for the physical and spiritual needs of those in need.
