An exceptional student, he was also a state champion sprinter on the track team. He graduated cum laude from the University of Buffalo with his Bachelors of Arts degree.
In 1978, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UB and completed his oral surgery residency at Buffalo General Hospital. Jeff practiced oral surgery in Oneonta and Norwich until 2002. Prior to his disability, Jeff was an avid outdoorsman enjoying the pleasures of hiking, biking, canoeing and skiing.
In 2006, Jeff’s wish to live in his beloved Adirondack Mountains came to fruition when he and his wife relocated to Adirondack on Schroon Lake. He was content to enjoy the walking paths through the woods and gardens on his property and the beautiful scenery of the surrounding area.
