WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Patricia Ann Feik (Meyers), 74, a native of Utica and a longtime resident of Richfield Springs/Cooperstown and West Palm Beach, Fla., passed away suddenly and peacefully at her new home, in West Palm Beach, Fla., on May 27, 2014.

Pat was born July 28, 1939, to Cecelia Cole Meyers and John Meyers.

The youngest of six children, Pat attended schools in Utica and later relocated to Richfield Springs, where she was employed in the restaurant business and at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital while raising a family.

Pat relocated to Florida in the early 1990s to be close to her beloved sisters and has worked for Rehabilitations Physicians Dr. Farber and Dr. Lochner in Palm Beach, Fla., for 20 years.

Pat enjoyed being around people. She always had a big smile and was full of empathy and compassion, making her ideal to work in a physician’s office.

Pat enjoyed her children, grandchildren and their friends immensely and always put their needs before hers. Her door was always open to all. “Gram, Grandma Pat, or Mammy” was always lending an ear or giving advice and never denied anyone her time.

Pat enjoyed reading, bingo, margaritas and dining at Red Lobster and her favorite sushi/China buffets with her family. Nothing made her happier than taking her grand kids to dinner!

Pat was predeceased by four of her siblings, John Meyers, Raymond (Bud) Meyers, Anna Talerico and Isabelle Planty.

She leaves behind her sister, Frances Payne of Jupiter, Fla., to whom she was particularly close and shared many fond memories playing bingo and laughing into the wee hours!

Pat is survived by her daughter, Kim Soule of Summerland Key, Fla., and her children, Brittany and Griffin; daughter, Susan Behr and children, Nicole, Katrina and Dakota; son, John Maine (Sheryl) and children, Erica, Katrina and Alexandra; son, Jeffrey Wilbert and his son, Jeffrey; daughter, Amy (Jim) Gillette; and was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Patty Zaccagnino, who left children, Courtney, James, Roberta and Jordan.
