Donald R. Vosburgh


His affiliations and memberships included the United Methodist Church in Oneonta, the Masonic Lodge — Kennyetoo No. 599, the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Republican Party.

He was a charter member of the ROMEOs (retired old men eating out), a luncheon group of Hartwick retirees.

His wife died in 1997. His only brother, Edward H. Vosburgh, died in 1982.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Mark and JoAnn (Benson) Vosburgh of Hudson, Ohio; and his daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Thomas Anthony of Waldwick, N.J.

Friends are invited to call at the Lester R. Grummons Funeral Home, 14 Grand St., Oneonta, from 2 to 4 p.,. Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013. Remarks from friends will commence at 3 p.m.

Private burial in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Saratoga.

In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial contributions to Hartwick College or the First United Methodist Church of Oneonta.
