WELLS BRIDGE — Herman A. Hall, 91, of Wells Bridge, died Saturday morning, March 29, 2014, at his home.

He was predeceased by his wife of 67 years, Elva J. Hall; and son, James Elvin Hall.

He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Candace and John Jenkins, Newark, Calif., Hollie A. Hall, Fabius; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jerold A. Hall, Unadilla, Michael S. and Alison Hall Oneida; eight grandchildren, James Jr., Rhonda, Steven, Sharon, Sue Ann, Anita, Daniel and Emily; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters and brother-in-law, Dorothy Hall, Montrose, Marjorie C. and Mel Remillard, Terrebonne, Ore.; and also several nieces and nephews.

He worked at Unadilla Silo Company for 24 years and enjoyed farming at home since 1947.

Funeral services will be held at the Westcott Funeral Home, 123 Main St., Unadilla at noon Saturday, April 5, 2014.

The family will receive friends at the Westcott Funeral Home from 11 a.m. to noon prior to service Saturday.

Burial will be in Sand Hill Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Wells Bridge Fire Department or Catskill Area Hospice.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Sherwood, Hospice & Common Care for their care and compassion shown to our family.
