Judith Anne Freimann
EDMESTON — Judith Anne Freimann entered into rest Monday, March 31, 2014, with her loved ones by her side.
She was born on Jan. 3, 1958, in San Diego, Calif., the daughter of Joesph A. and Clarice S. Johnson.
She married Martin Freimann, who predeceased her.
Judi graduated from Titusville High School in Florida. Her career was working in the food service and entertainment industry. Judi was the first female server at Duck’s Restaurant and Fine Dining in the Peabody Hotel, Orlando, Fla. She also performed commercial voice overs. While residing in Edmeston, she had been employed by Edmeston Central School and Pathfinder Village. She will be fondly remembered by the many students with whom she interacted.
From early on she was a lover of animals: dogs, birds, and especially cats. Judi was an avid reader of Nora Roberts, enjoyed working in her garden, and going on motorcycle joy rides.
Judi is survived by her loving and caring companion, Dennis Rifanburg; her mother, Clarice S. Mason; her sister and brother-in-law, Jeanette and Ricki Burger; and numerous extended family.
Funeral services will be private.
