Obamacare a big nothing
Because Obamacare (OC) has been a major topic on FoxNews, I bought the former New York Lt. Gov. Betsy McCaughey’s book, “Beating Obamacare.” Understand, what the government gives its citizens can easily be taken away from them. Hence, my conclusion that Obamacare is nothing more than German concentration camps without the guards, fences or furnaces. And here is why.
Starting January 2014, all Americans are required to have (qualified) health insurance or pay hefty IRS penalties. In 2018, an IPAB Board (death panels) has the power to cut what Medicare will spend on seniors (denied care). (This board is headed by a president and gives the party in the White House the power to determine health decisions according to your political or religious beliefs, also.)
OC awards bonus points to hospitals that spend the least on seniors (death).
Doctors will be paid less to treat seniors than any other patients, including people with Medicaid.
People with generous health plans will risk losing them in 2018 when the hidden ‘Cadillac tax’ begins.
If you lose your job, change employers or your employer drops your health insurance, you are required to enroll in OC.
Medicaid becomes the chief way to cover the previously uninsured, while talk of cutting Medicaid (entitlements) dominates the news. (denied)
The only differences between the four OB plans offered are the costs of premiums, co-pays and deductions; the quality of care remains the same (denied)!
Even if you can afford your own private insurance, your doctor’s decision will be monitored for compliance.
In my opinion, people who were looking for something for nothing in the Democrat OC are getting nothing for something, a very expensive nothing.
Before considering me a nut, really ponder these references.
I’m off to get “Obamacare 911” by Nick Tate from the library.
