In Your Opinion: Theft is theft, government or not

Anyone who is concerned about the construction of the Constitution Pipeline and or the NY SAFE Act should look up the Clive Bundy cattle ranch situation in Nevada where the federal government just recently retreated after a tense stand-off between armed protesters and federal thugs who stole cattle owned by Clive Bundy.

I won’t get into great detail on the case, you can look up the facts and details yourself. However, I want to make the case that similar measures could be taken to ward off the construction of the Constitution Pipeline on private property in New York state. Unless you have permission from the owner, building anything on someone’s property without consent is theft. No abstraction can trump this basic truth. It does not matter if you claim to be “the government” using the illegitimate capability of “eminent domain” as a justification to steal.

This is precisely why every landowner along the proposed Constitution Pipeline route has every right to defend his or her property from ANY intruder. Whether they have the appearance of authority or not does not matter in the least.

A badge and a gun and or an election does not grant you extra rights. This also applies to the fascistic “SAFE Act.” You must understand that there is systematic theft happening right in front of you. It’s being perpetrated by the very people you claim to be your “leaders.” Stop kidding yourself — they’re not your leaders, they’re your rulers!

All those against the NY Safe Act should stand with all those against the construction of the Constitution Pipeline because the same principle applies in both situations. The property of the individual is not respected. This is fundamentally what is happening. Do not let euphemisms block your sight of the truth.
