Chenango deputies

Michelle L. Mackey, 18, Norwich, May 26, petit larceny.

Richard Izard, 34, New Berlin, May 31, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.

Sidney troopers

Eric S. Simonds, 35, Sidney, June 3, violation of environmental conservation laws.

Richfield Springs troopers

A 14-year-old male, name withheld by troopers, June 4, third-degree burglary.

Heath A. Drouin, 39, Jordanville, June 5, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08 percent of 1 percent.

Deposit troopers

Robert K. Robertson, 24, Greene, June 4, second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony.

Charles A. Vaughan, 45, Windsor, June 5, driving while intoxicated and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Cobleskill troopers

Matthew D. Jorgensen, 30, Cobleskill, June 5, forcible touching, third-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Zackary R. Doyle-Engler, 18, Gilboa, June 5, trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Brian D. Manchester, 17, Cobleskill, June 5, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Otsego deputies

Samantha M. Waid, 18, Pittsfield, June 3, endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated cruelty to animals.

Christopher M. Patryn, 30, Roseboom, May 17, fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree strangulation.

Oneonta troopers

David Hand, 45, Morris, June 5, fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree grand larceny, both felonies.

Ricky M. Brown, 17, East Worcester, June 5, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a firearm.

Matthew C. Paulis, 21, Worcester, May 19, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Joel E. Puentes, 24, Bronx, May 20, third-degree criminal trespass.

Norwich troopers

Jacqueline J. Black, 28, Walton, June 6, burglary, and Eric A. Black, 25, of Walton, burglary.
