Deposit troopers

Christopher J. Ebert, 32, East Branch, June 26, third-degree burglary, a felony.

Matthew C. Mason, 22, Deposit, June 27, third-degree burglary and first-degree possession of a forged instrument, both felonies, and possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Margaretville troopers

Christina M. Vitale, 20, Arkville, June 15, second-degree harassment.

James A. Hannigan, 48, Jefferson, June 21, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicate and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent.

Jason B. Briggs, 34, Gilboa, June 27, second-degree harassment and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

Oneonta police

Michel Harabet, 42, Oneonta, June 21, second-degree menacing and second-degree strangulation.

Sean M. Schackling, 22, Pulaski, June 23, second-degree criminal trespass.

Zachary A. Vaccaro, 19, Oneonta, June 23, second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Alfred A. Ade, 43, Oneotna, June 25, strangulation.

Justin A. Iannello, 22, Oneonta, June 26, failure to pay.
