Paul D. Kennedy, 34, Harpersfield, April 25, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Kerri N. Merwin, 30, South Kortright, April 25, second-degree harassment.

Margaretville Troopers

Bryan Maurico Lopez, 19, Port Washington, April 22, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Billy N. Climaco, 19, Port Washington, April 22, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Chad M. Ostrander, 27, Grand Gorge, April 21, second-degree criminal trespass.

Richfield Springs Troopers

Carson W. Mead, 20, Mount Vision, April 15, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Taylor D. Starr, 22, Richfield Springs, April 15, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Alan J. Daley, 24, West Winfield, April 27, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Arthur J. Sutton, 23, Hopewell Junction, April 27, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent.

Christopher C. Kalem, 40, Ilion, April 28, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent and driving while using a mobile phone.

Oneonta Troopers

Louis J. Aulicino, 44, Otego, April 26, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent.

Michael A. Kepner, 36, Selins Grove., Pa., April 26, third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and two counts of disorderly conduct.

Christoper R. Bonta, 29, Burlington, Vt., April 27, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Stanley T. Kingston, 26, Oneonta, April 27, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, driving while intoxicated, driving while using a portable electronic device and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway.

Jessica L. Wilson, 22, East Northport, April 21, driving while intoxicated.

Jean-Philip V. Baron, 34, Oneonta, April 29, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and second-degree harassment.

Stanley M. Scales, 50, Oneonta, April 29, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
