Leslie Woodward, 32, Plymouth, Oct. 3, third-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Jamie Lynn Brown, 20, Norwich, Oct. 3, trespass. Edgar L. Brown, 27, Norwich, Oct. 6, failure to obey order of support. Samantha M. Healed, 20, homeless, Oct. 16, second-degree burglary. Ivon G. Miller, 35, homeless, Oct. 16, second-degree burglary. Jason Lamphere, 30, Norwich, Oct. 18, arrest warrant for violation of an order of protection. Charles C. Swan, 38, Oxford, Oct. 16, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while ability impaired. Jesse M. Mchargue, 23, Richmondville, Oct. 8, second-degree harassment.

Dewey B. Peppers, 42, Broadalbin, Oct. 10, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent and unlawful possession of marijuana. Matthew R. Burke, 28, Delanson, Oct. 12, unregistered vehicle collector.  Aaron G. Davenport, 26, Carlisle, Oct. 14, criminal mischief, unlawful possession of marijuana and second-degree harassment. April L. Buyce, 38, Middleburgh, Oct. 15, third-degree grand larceny and second-degree forgery pertaining to a deed, will or contract, both felonies. Jonathan E. Zabicki, 29, Schohaire, Oct. 15, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree menacing and violation of probation.  Joseph Panetta, 40, Central Bridge, Oct. 15, third-degree burglary, a felony, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. 

Delaware deputies

Andrew T. Dougherty, no age given, Delhi, Oct. 3, driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.  Benjamin H. Decker, 36, Delhi, Aug. 24, second-degree harassment. Christopher Goodrich, 38, Walton, Oct. 17, driving while intoxicated, driving while blood alcohol content above .08 percent and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.
