Fredick E. Fletcher, 60, Andes, Oct. 13, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a felony.

Joanne G. Huggans, 54, Stamford, Oct. 14, execution of a arrest warrant.

Randy J. Batka, 19, Margaretville, Oct. 15, criminal mischief.

Daniel A. Lang, Seaford, Oct. 19, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Kaitlynn M. Michalski, 17, Deposit, Oct. 18, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Edward J. Lynch, 68, Yonkers, Oct. 19, driving while intoxicated.

Richard Busciglio, 56, Margaretville, Oct. 21, disorderly conduct.

Keith A. Grieco, 43, Grand Gorge, Oct. 21, driving while intoxicated, possession of a hypodermic instrument and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Roxbury male, 13, name withheld by troopers, Oct. 29, first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, and acting in a manner injurious to a child, in connection with an incident in the town of Roxbury at about 8 p.m. Oct. 18.

Michael J. Labumbard, 49, Margaretville, Oct. 29, 14 counts of issuing a bad check.

Jolene L. Hynes, 36, Stamford, Oct. 30, endangering the welfare of a child.

Heath Cservak, 47, Arkville, Oct. 31, grand larceny, a felony.

Barbara A. Boucher, 61, New Kingston, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in an incident reported Nov. 1.

Amanda A. Cilento, 24, Roxbury, Nov. 2, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

Thomas J. Tryon, 20, Roxbury, Nov. 3, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Timothy Reiche, 21, Arkville, Nov. 5, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, scales, and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
