Robert D. Fronheiser, 52, Greene, June 10, fourth-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Barbara E. Reynolds, no age given, Afton, May 29, one count of third-degree welfare fraud and four counts of first-degree filing a false instrument.

Sarah A. Cahill, 33, Greene, June 11, obstruction of governmental administration and second-degree criminal contempt.

Mark Pittsley Jr., 29, Preston, June 20, aggravated driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana.
