Sandy L. Beeching, 32, Norwich, July 5, warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Rick E. Donnelly, 28, Norwich, July 5, third-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Richard Apicerni, 50, Guilford, July 7, petit larceny.

Peter J. Thek, 44, Guilford, July 7, second-degree criminal contempt.

Benjamin Eaton, 26, Bainbridge, July 8, driving while intoxicated, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator.

Samantha Ayers, 22, Bainbridge, July 8, driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator.

Shannon Page, 20, of Harpursville, July 9, warrant for failing to appear to answer a charge of driving while intoxicated.
