Rebecca K. Gorsin, 34, Middleburgh, Aug. 13, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

George T. Nershi, 66, Jefferson, Aug. 14, criminal possession of marijuana, more than 16 ounces, a felony, and unlawfully growing cannabis.

Christopher C. Cesare, 42, Carlisle, Aug. 14, second-degree criminal contempt and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Wayne R. Maurer, 40, Middleburgh, Aug. 6, second-degree harassment.

Paul D. Briggs, 48, Esperance, Aug. 17, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent.

Jamie R. Lawyer, 35, Schoharie, Aug. 18, second-degree harassment.
