Ashlee R. Ostrander, 25, Grand Gorge, Aug. 9, petit larceny.

Sidney troopers

Caleb J. Wearne, 23, Bainbridge, Aug. 8, third-degree assault, third-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief.   

Richfield Springs troopers

Shelby R. Ortiz, 20, New York state, Aug. 6, second-degree criminal contempt.

John B. Clark, 18, Morris, Aug. 9, reckless endangerment/property.

Timothy J. Egelston, 18, Clayville, Aug. 9, reckless endangerment/property.

Margaretville troopers

Vincent A. Palmisano, 27, Grand Gorge, Aug. 8, second-degree reckless endangerment and aggravated unlicensed operation.

Stamford troopers

Adam S. Bright, 29, Stamford, Aug. 9, petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possess of a controlled substance.

Cobleskill troopers

Rachel M. Barkley, 25, Watervliet, Aug. 9, fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records, both   felonies.

Delhi police

Justin E. Geraghty, 31, Delhi, Aug. 7, petit larceny and second-degree harassment.

Oneonta troopers

Christopher C. Brown, 46, Austell, Ga., Aug. 12, driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test and drinking alcohol   and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway.

Sidney troopers

Kristopher J. Garrison, 43, Mount Upton, Aug. 12 possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Adam C. Worley, 23, Newton, N.J., Aug. 13, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession   of marijuana.

Margaretville troopers

Howard G. Manon, 43, Fleischmanns, Aug. 7, disorderly conduct.

Edward F. Lane, 43, Arkville, Aug. 11, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Walton police

Shane J. Squires, 35, Walton, Aug. 7, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Brett Conklin, 40, Walton, Aug. 10, driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and consuming alcohol   in a motor vehicle on the highway.

Female, 16, Walton, name withheld by police, Aug. 11, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Carolyn L. Covell, 22, Walton, Aug. 12, two counts of third-degree forgery and two counts of petit larceny.

Tammy L. Rynsky, 36, Walton, Aug. 12, second-degree harassment.

Delaware deputies

Danton M. Schriber, 62, Walton, Aug. 10, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, driving while intoxicated   and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.

Oneonta police

MaryLou Bruns, 27, Schenevus, Aug. 7, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Jonathan E. Stilson, 21, Oneonta, Aug. 7, two counts of failure to pay.

Shawn A. Utter, 26, Oneonta, Aug. 8, second-degree criminal contempt.

Lauren F. Burek, 22, Rensselaer, Aug. 8, warrant for failure to appear.

Braden Ward, 60, Oneonta, Aug. 8, second-degree possession of a forged instrument.

Melissa A. Muller, 28, Stamford, Aug. 9, failure to appear.

Randall S. Decker, 38, Oneonta, Aug. 9, vicious/dangerous dog.

Crystal R. Stack, 29, Otego, Aug. 9, criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Carrie J. Hewlett, 30, Otego, Aug. 9, reckless endangerment.

Jonathan Loftus, 42, Oneonta, Aug. 10, second-degree harassment.
