Nathaniel P. Stoesser, 25, Jefferson, March 9, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent blood alcohol content.

Quincy L. Holley, 22, New York, March 10, third-degree menacing and criminal mischief.

Joseph S. Stock, 54, Stamford, March 7, third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and resisting arrest.

Shirley J. Davies, 26, Roxbury, March 8, criminal obstruction of breathing and criminal mischief.

Devyn T. Clum, 18, Bloomville, March 3, unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21, leaving the scene of an injury accident, reckless driving and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway.
