James M. Carroll, 20, Hicksville, April 22, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent, a felony, and driving while intoxicated.

Shelly L. Rumberger, 45, Fly Creek, April 25, operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs.

Brayan C. Thompson, 23, Delhi, April 30, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Sara Gangell, 18, Delhi, April 30, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Nathaniel J. Bracci, 24, Delhi, April 30, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Nathaniel E. Batthany, 30, Delhi, May 1, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent.

Wayne D. Mondore, 28, Bloomville, May 2, criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Jessica J. Prevosti, 27, Stamford, May 4, petit larceny.

Eugene W. Stackpole, 79, Hobart, May 7, second-degree harassment.

Kevin J. Pierce, 23, Delanson, May 11, unlawful possession of marijuana.

Bridget M. Osborn, 18, Lexington, May 12, driving while ability impaired by alcohol.

Lauren M. Cardamone, 33, Stamford, May 14, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Nayquan J. Menzies, 22, Stamford, no date given, disorderly conduct.

John P. Caprotti, 33, West Hurley, May 19, felony driving while ability impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Deborah L. McDonald, 49, Walton, April 17, petit larceny.

Christopher L. Kern, 21, Walton, April 19, disorderly conduct.

Adam H. Schwartz, 21, oWest Hartford, Conn., April 20, unlawful possession of marihuana.

Joshua D. Tolbert, 27, Walton, April 21, criminal trespass in the second degree, criminal contempt in the second degree and aggravated harassment in the second degree.

Edward A. Sulger, 23, Binghamton, April 23, on a bench warrant for failure to pay fine on a charge of criminal impersonation in the second degree.
