Monday _ Corned beef with cabbage, mustard, boiled potatoes with parsley, carrots, rye bread, chocolate cake with mint frosting.
Tuesday _ Salisbury steak with onion gravy, baked potato, mixed vegetables, rye bread, butterscotch pudding with topping.
Wednesday _ Baked chicken with mushroom gravy, wild rice pilaf, broccoli with cheese sauce, pumpernickel bread, birthday cake.
Thursday _ Rib-a-que, mashed potatoes, bread, vanilla ice cream.
Friday _ Breaded fish with tartar sauce on a bun, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes with onion, chocolate chip cookie.

Tuesday _ Roast turkey with gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, peas, fruit salad, whole wheat bread, lemon meringue pie, diet pudding.
Wednesday _ Veal patty with peppers, onions and gravy, mashed potatoes, sliced carrots, whole wheat bread, iced yellow cake, diet fruit.
Thursday _ Barbecued pork rib, Greek oven fries, green bean casserole, golden glow molded salad, whole wheat bread, tapioca pudding, diet salad.
