Senior Menus

Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of March 24-28 will be:

Monday _ Ham with pineapples and cherries, sweet potato souffle, mixed vegetables, dinner roll, cream pie.

Tuesday _ Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, pumpernickel bread, ice cream.

Wednesday _ Roast turkey with gravy, seasoned stuffing, creamed corn, bread, oatmeal raisin cookie.

Thursday _ Cream of broccoli soup, egg salad on a roll with lettuce, coleslaw, mandarin oranges.

Friday _ Cheese omelet, oven-browned potatoes, sausage pattie, fruited muffin, orange juice, chocolate pudding with topping.

Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of March 24-28 will be:

Monday _ Shepherd's pie, spinach, cottage cheese on sliced pears, whole wheat bread, cinnamon coffee cake, diet pudding.

Tuesday _ Baked liver with onions, peppers and gravy, whipped potatoes, fruit salad, broccoli, whole wheat bread, angel food cake with strawberries/topping.

Wednesday _ Chicken risotto, wax and green beans, dinner roll, rosey apple relish salad, cherry cobbler, diet Jell-O salad.

Thursday _ Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, sliced carrots, molded waldorf salad, whole wheat bread, ice cream, diet waldorf salad, diet pudding.

Friday _ Ham with raisin sauce, candied sweet potatoes, peas, applesauce, rolls, butterscotch pudding with topping, diet pudding.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Dining centers and hours are; serving from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of March 24-28 will be:

Monday _ Barbecued chicken leg and thigh, macaroni and cheese, broccoli, wheat bread, tapioca pudding, diet pudding.

Tuesday _ Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, pumpernickel bread, peaches.

Wednesday _ Virginia baked ham with pineapple and cherries, sweet potato souffle, mixed vegetable, dinner roll, cream pie, diet cream pie.

Thursday _ Breaded fish on a bun, tartar sauce, au gratin potatoes, coleslaw, warm fruit compote.

Friday _ Tossed salad with dressing, pasta with sauce and meatballs, warm roll, pears and apricots.

Monday _ Vegetable lasagna, stewed tomatoes and zucchini, fruit juice, tossed salad, Italian bread, sugar cookie.

Tuesday _ Chicken a l'Orange, rice pilaf, spinach, carrot salad, whole wheat bread, brownie with topping.

Wednesday _ Swiss steak, buttered egg noodles, vegetable medley, Canadian oat bread, fresh fruit.

Thursday _ Baked ham with raisin sauce, au gratin potatoes, California blend vegetables, tossed salad, seedless rye bread, apple pie with vanilla ice cream.

Friday _ Stuffed cabbage roll, garlic herb potatoes, winter squash, whole wheat bread, fruit cocktail.
