Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of April 7-11 will be:

Monday _ Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, cream corn, bread, strawberry ice cream.

Tuesday _ Baked chicken breast with onion gravy, baked potato, mashed squash, wheat bread, butterscotch pudding with topping.

Wednesday _ Cream of cauliflower and carrot soup, tuna salad on lettuce with a bun, pickled beet salad, fruit cobbler.

Thursday _ Baked ham with fruit sauce, fresh sweet potato, green beans, rye bread, citrus fruit cup.

Friday _ Tossed salad with dressing, goulash with extra sauce, mixed vegetables, warm roll, spice cake.

Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of April 7-11 will be:

Monday _ Spanish baked steak, whipped potatoes, peas and carrots, apple juice, whole wheat bread, pineapple chunks, oatmeal raisin cookie, applesauce.

Tuesday _ Orange pork, rice, broccoli, golden glow molded salad, yellow cake with topping and strawberries, diet fruit.

Wednesday _ Spaghetti with sauce, meatballs, green bean saute, tossed salad, garlic bread, ice cream with chocolate topping.

Thursday _ Pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry-apple juice, honey glazed carrots, dinner roll, fruited Jell-O with topping, diet Jell-O with topping.

Friday _ Macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, coleslaw, whole wheat bread, fruit trifle, diet fruit.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Dining centers and hours are; serving from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of April 7-11 will be:

Monday _ Salisbury steak, with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, pumpernickel bread, vanilla ice cream.

Tuesday _ Baked chicken with gravy, wild rice pilaf, mashed squash, rye bread, mandarin oranges.

Wednesday _ Roast pork with gravy, fresh baked sweet potato, spinach, wheat bread, birthday cake, diet birthday cake.

Thursday _ Breaded fish with tartar sauce on a bun, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes and zucchini, pears and apricots.

Friday _ Beef strips with mushroom gravy, baked potato, broccoli with cheese sauce, rye bread, yellow cake, diet cake.

Tuesday _ Swedish meatballs with egg noodles, Harvard beets, tossed salad, rye bread, birthday cake.

Wednesday _ Sausage, peppers and onions, peas, bun, birthday cake.

Thursday _ Tuna loaf, rice pilaf, winter squash, whole wheat bread, whipped delight.

Friday _ Chicken and biscuit, stuffing, French green beans, fruit juice, peach cobbler with topping.
