Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of April 14-18 will be:

Monday _ Cream of broccoli soup, hamburger with lettuce and tomato, ketchup, chocolate pudding with topping.

Tuesday _ Rib-a-cue with barbecue sauce, baked potato, spinach, rye bread, pears.

Wednesday _ Roasted turkey with gravy, seasoned stuffing, winter blend vegetable, bread, birthday cake.

Thursday _ Yankee pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, red cabbage, wheat bread, fruit.

Friday _ Breaded fish with tartar sauce on a bun, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, vanilla pudding with topping.

Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of April 14-18 will be:

Monday _ Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, squash, cranberry sauce, apple-grape juice, whole wheat bread, fruit cocktail, diet fruit.

Tuesday _ Swedish meatballs on egg noddles, fruit salad, broccoli, hot apple crisp, pineapple chunks.

Wednesday _ Irish beef stew, scalloped cabbage, cottage cheese on peach slices, biscuit, butterscotch pudding with topping, diet pudding.

Thursday _ Chicken cordon bleu, fruit punch, appetizer, candied sweet potatoes, broccoli-cauliflower supreme, Waldorf salad, dinner roll, strawberry shortcake, diet fruit.

Friday _ Tuna noodle casserole, sliced carrots, pickled beets, garlic bread, chocolate ice cream with topping, applesauce.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Dining centers and hours are; serving from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of April 14-18 will be:

Monday _ Baked fish with herb sauce, au gratin potatoes, brussels sprouts, wheat bread, fruit cup.

Tuesday _ Pork and mushroom stew, spiral pasta, cauliflower, pumpernickel bread, brownie, diet cake.

Wednesday _ Pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, red cabbage, wheat bread, rice pudding, diet pudding.

Thursday _ Barbecued chicken leg/thigh, baked beans, carrots, rye bread, peaches and strawberries.

Friday _ Tossed salad with dressing, Spanish rice, mixed vegetables, mixed vegetables, warm dinner roll, vanilla pudding, diet vanilla pudding.

Tuesday _ Spicy cranberry chicken patty, garlic herb potatoes, cabbage salad, bun, peanut butter cookie.

Wednesday _ Chili con carne, steamed rice, California blend vegetables, corn bread, tapioca pudding.

Thursday _ Ham and cheese quiche, baby carrots, tossed salad, rye bread, pear blush.

Friday _ Eggplant rollata, linguini with marinara sauce, Mexican corn, warmed garlic bread, fresh fruit.
